It's Wednesday and I've decided to participate in this blog's weekly link-up. Here are some things I'm loving today:
1. It's a new month! I love any excuse to start fresh.
2. Is anyone else excited about The Fray's third release? They're one of my favorite bands and while their new album doesn't drop until next Wednesday, I'm loving that it's available for free streaming right now on iTunes. My favorite songs so far are The Fighter, Heartbeat, and Run For Your Life.
3. I'm loving these earrings from Anthro:
These are so feminine and delicate. I wouldn't ever pay $200 for them, but they are nice to admire.
I wouldn't normally go for hoops, but the purple at the bottom makes them prettier to me. And they're way more affordable than the above option.
4. I'm loving Red Velvet cupcakes.
My mom has made them for me for my birthday for the past two years and last year we had some for Valentine's Day:
Over the weekend, I went to a cupcake place downtown to get my red velvet fix and it reminded me of how delicious they are. Yum.
5. I'm loving that I start my new volunteer placement today at a middle school. I think it will be so interesting to see how this age group compares to the 4th grade classroom I was at last semester.
What are you loving today?

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! I'm loving all the things that you are loving today, as well. Red Velvet Cupcakes are my favorite guilty pleasure & I just love listening to The Fray- I didn't know they had a new album coming out, but I'm excited to check it out now!
ReplyDelete& 'Room' was definitely disturbing. It closely resembled 'A Stolen Life' in many ways. Have you read that one?
Yea I read A Stolen Life last month and it was so hard to get through at some points. She survived so much.
DeleteI seriously LOVE The Fray! They're my fave band. Seeing them in concert was a total bucket list moment for me. haha
ReplyDeleteThose cupcakes look so good. I saw the Fray in concert last summer (two summers ago). SO GOOD. You need to see them.
ReplyDeleteI saw them when they toured for their first album back in 2007! Sadly they're not coming anywhere near me for this tour, but I'm glad I got to see them when I did. Thanks for stopping by my blog :)
